Payment Policy
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to all payments made to Pratham Enterprise. Our goal is to maintain a clear and trustworthy business relationship with our clients and channel partners.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment:
· Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
· UPI Payments / QR Code Payments
· Cheques – Subject to prior approval
· Online Payment Gateway (where applicable)
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined based on the customer profile and relationship history:
- New Customers- 100% Advance Payment/Pay on Delivery
- Regular Customers / Sub Dealers- 15 to 30 Days Credit (subject to approval)
No credit facility will be provided without prior written approval from our finance department.
Each Customer will be given a credit Limit. No Credit will be allowed beyond the approved limit.
Rupees 500 will be charged if any cheque is dishonored. This Amount will be added as charge in the subsequent invoice generated.
3. Late Payment Policy
· Interest of 12% per annum or the maximum permissible legal rate (whichever is higher) will be charged on overdue payments.
In case of repeated delays:
· Further deliveries may be held back
· Existing credit terms may be revoked
· Legal recovery actions may be initiated
· Products recovery from customers shop/godown
4. Refund & Adjustment Policy
· If a product is out of stock or delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances:
· The paid amount will be adjusted in the next order, or
· Refunded upon written request within 7–10 working days
5. Payment Confirmation
Customers are requested to share the payment transaction details (UTR number, screenshot, etc.) via email or WhatsApp to enable faster processing of the order.
6. Dispute Resolution
· In case of any disputes regarding payments, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
· If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka (India).
